Tekton Discipleship is a Christ-centered home dedicated to shaping the next generation of men to become leaders in their faith, families, and communities. Founded by Phil Ward and a team of passionate believers, our first home in Columbia, Tennessee has space for 14–21 young men in a nurturing, structured environment.
Spiritually
Leading young men to Jesus, rooting them in God’s Word each morning.
In Maturity
Building discipline through exercise, healthy living, financial stewardship, and personal responsibility.
In Skill
Equipping each man with a trade—currently construction—that enables him to provide for his future family.
We envision a growing network of discipleship homes across the nation, each providing young men with the tools, character, and faith to transform their communities. As the Lord provides, we will open additional homes and expand into new trades, multiplying the impact of this ministry.
Meet Phil Ward
Phil Ward carries a deep father’s heart for young men and a passion to see them step into their God-given identity. With decades of experience in both ministry and the construction trades, Phil has dedicated his life to discipleship that blends spiritual formation, practical life skills, and vocational training.
